BlissX Terms of Use

1. About this website

blissx.net (the “Website”) is operated by BlissX Limited, 21B Aglantzias Street, Nicosia, Cyprus (“BlissX”, “we”). It is an information website about our iGaming software, including the crash game WantedX. By using it you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. No services, accounts or gambling

The Website offers no services to visitors. There is no registration, no login, no purchase and no form to fill in. BlissX does not offer gambling, take bets or hold player accounts. Our games are supplied to licensed operators, and real-money play happens only on their platforms under their terms. To contact us, email hello@blissx.net.

Content on the Website is for information only and is not an offer. A business relationship with BlissX exists only under a written agreement signed by both parties.

3. Age and territories

The Website is intended for adults aged 18 or over, or the higher legal age where you live. Nothing on it invites anyone to gamble where that is unlawful. You are responsible for using the Website lawfully in your location.

4. Game information and demo

RTP figures (96%, 97%, 98%, 99%) are theoretical, apply over a very large number of rounds, and do not guarantee any result. Live RTP, limits and promotions are set by each operator. Any demo uses no real money, offers no prizes and does not predict real-money outcomes.

5. Responsible gaming

Gambling involves risk and can lead to financial loss. Set time and spending limits, take breaks, never chase losses, and use your operator’s responsible gambling tools if play stops being enjoyable.

6. Acceptable use

Use the Website lawfully. Do not disrupt or attack it, scrape it with automated tools, bypass age or territory restrictions, or copy, decompile or reverse engineer any game or software.

7. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Website and in every game, product and service presented on it belong to BlissX Limited or its licensors. This covers WantedX, every game announced or in development (including the slot and Plinko titles), and any future title. The protected subject matter includes, without limitation, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Games and concepts: game ideas, concepts, formats, titles, themes, storylines, worlds, settings and the overall look and feel of each game.
• Game design and mechanics: rules, gameplay, duel and multiplier mechanics, features (such as P2P tournaments, free bets, jackpots and in-game currency), user flows, interface, layout, and the way these elements are selected, arranged and combined.
• Characters and creative content: characters, their names, appearance, personalities and costumes, artwork, illustrations, graphics, icons, animations, colours and colour schemes, typography, visual and audio style, sound effects, music, voices, audio-visual effects, text and marketing materials.
• Software and technology: source and object code, algorithms, game maths, RTP models, random number generation and provably fair implementations, APIs, integration tools, databases, documentation and know-how.
• Brand: the names BlissX and WantedX, logos, emblems, taglines, trade dress, domain names, and all other trademarks and service marks, registered or not.
• The Website itself: its design, structure, text, images, video, code and selection and arrangement of content.

These are protected by copyright, trademark, design, database, trade secret, patent, unfair competition and other laws worldwide, whether registered or unregistered, including related moral rights. All rights are reserved. Nothing on the Website transfers or licenses any right to you, other than the limited right to view it for personal, non-commercial information.

Without our prior written consent, you may not:

• copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from any game, content or part of the Website;
• create, publish or offer a game or product that copies or imitates our games, mechanics, characters, design or style;
• distribute, publicly display, sell, license, rent or otherwise commercially exploit any of the above;
• use our names, logos or content as, or within, a trademark, company name, domain name, social media handle or advertisement;
• extract content or data by automated means, or use it to train or build software or AI systems;
• reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to obtain source code or game logic, or remove any proprietary notice.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlissX is not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website, or for any gambling activity on operators’ platforms. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Third-party links

Linked third-party sites are outside our control, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Changes, law and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights.
